I’ve went through phase of drinking a lot while going out and definately saw it extremely destructive in a long run. I noticed that I actually am more in state, more present to the moment and virtually more attractive when I don’t drink. Alcohol actually lowers my vibration and state, especially making me tired. Also alcohol lowers testosterone. I never really have get the fact that why men lowers their testosterone by drinking in the bars & nightclubs, when they’re out to pick up chicks. It’s like shooting themselfs in the leg. And beer is actually the worst possible drink men can have. I will post more information and studies on that someday later.
